At

her to forgive his bad attitude.
When asked Ms Li tried to make every customer understand
our company, at the same time she rigorously demanded of herself
to immediately report the reversal request upon its receipt; and
even if she receives it when the off-duty, she reports it first
before leaving, trying her best to reduce the loss of each customer.
Owing to her own efforts and sincere attitude, she is unanimously
