The Story of an Excellent Customer Service lady
At Global Epay Chengdu Office there is a customer service lady named Ling Mei, who is liked by everyone. Although she hasn’t been here for a long time, she is very strict with herself in every aspect. And all the customers that she serves are satisfied with her work.

In 2007, Ms Ling started working in Chengdu Office of Beijing Global Epay.. Ms Ling is conscientious and responsible, and willing to bear the burden of hard work and has a strong sense of discipline. Ms Ling is always very sincere and has a positive attitude both to her fellow colleagues and to customers, and is often commended by her colleagues and leaders.

When Ms Li started working at Global Epay she gave up all her holidays and used all the possible time that could be used to fully and carefully study the Global Epay's payment systems. After month’s of effort, she managed to set up an efficient system that dealt with customer complaints and was unanimously commended by both her managers and colleague. She always told herself that every words during work represents the corporate image; she kept all her grievances to herself and dedicated her sincere smile to the customers. When confronted with the raging and unreasonable customers who had complaints and misunderstandings she would should bear in mind the service slogan that the “customers are forever right and customers are G-d” and that customers’ misunderstandings and anger should be met with equally sincere smile and equally patient explanations.

Once Ms Li received a customer call the customer spoke with a mouthful of dirty words. Confronted with such a raging customer, she smiled and patiently listened to his complaint and patiently answered his questions. Finally, the customer’s rudeness at the disappeared and he politely said “Thank you” and asked her to forgive his bad attitude.

When asked Ms Li tried to make every customer understand our company, at the same time she rigorously demanded of herself to immediately report the reversal request upon its receipt; and even if she receives it when the off-duty, she reports it first before leaving, trying her best to reduce the loss of each customer. Owing to her own efforts and sincere attitude, she is unanimously praised and trusted among the great number of customers.

Why is Global Epay able to achieve such a rapid development within a such a short period of time? Because the company first and foremost wants to create value for the merchants and addtionaly excellent employees like Ling Mei, who give conscientious service to customers in their daily work.
